IncaTickets (formerly Inca Tours) was acquired by the Aerticket Group in early 2024 and as part of our transformation journey, we are looking for an experienced group specialist to support our group customers from Sweden and Denmark.
Daily activities include:
- Negotiate, book and issue groups & series
- Manage timelines, deposits and payments
- Assist with seating, ancillaries and name changes
- Communicate with customers via email and phone
The ideal candidate for the position should have the following qualifications:
- Experience in booking groups in Amadeus and/or Sabre + relevant airline group portals like Bookagroup etc.
- Be a team player
- Be precise and organized
- Fluent in Danish and English
