(DK) IncaTickets is looking for an operations & sales manager to be based in our Copenhagen office

IncaTickets (formerly Inca Tours) was acquired by the Aerticket Group in early 2024 and as part of our transformation journey we are looking for an experienced manager that will be responsible for the following areas:

• Manage our fantastic ticketing and support team based in Denmark and Sweden
  • Plan and manage daily activities
  • Work on continuous process and system improvement
• Sales & marketing activities
  • Drive, structure and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Plan & execute marketing plans with our suppliers and customers
  • Manage KPIs and reporting

The position will play an important role in repositioning Inca Tickets in the Scandinavian market as we are working on several fronts to improve our value proposition towards our existing and future customers.

The ideal candidate for the position should have the following qualifications:

• Deep knowledge on agency operations and how the main distribution systems work
• Strong & established business network in the Danish travel market
• Proven leadership & negotiation skills
• Fluency in Danish & English is mandatory
