Account Manager is a senior role and as such, In your new role you will

  • Be responsible for all AM deliverables
  • Have accountability for leading the strategic direction of FCM’s flagship clients.
  • Be responsible for significant revenue retention, identification of growth opportunities, commercial negotiation and delivering a winning strategy for our largest corporate clients.
  • Manage and be accountable for the retention of FCM’s top tier clients.
  • Connect with the Global Account Manager for complex multinational client travel programs
  • Provide winning strategy and execution across functions and geography.
  • Manage and take accountability for travel program performance – nationally and regionally
  • Account Management and operational management
  • Drive program compliance and provide strategy on capturing and reducing leakage

About you

  • 5+ years industry experience in Team Leader, Account Management or Sales Role
  • Written and spoken fluency in English language (knowledge of Danish, Norwegian or Swedish language would be beneficial)
  • Ability to commercially optimize & negotiate clients’ travel programs
  • Confidence in learning and using technology – CRM and reporting systems
  • Strong analytics & data interpretation skillset
  • Competency analysing data & presenting recommendations
  • Self-motivation & solution-oriented approach and ability to work as part of a team
  • Professional presentation preparation
  • Focus on the client, understanding pain points and deliver solutions
  • Communicate effectively to decision makers to influence behaviour
  • Drive strategy & change in national & multinational clients.
  • Project Management methodology understanding
  • Comfortable to present to C suite and top-level managers
