We are expanding our Air India sales team in Denmark! Air India is undergoing a significant transformation to become a world-class airline with an Indian heart. Currently, Air India operates five weekly departures from Copenhagen to destinations across India and beyond. With our newly established sales office in Copenhagen, you will play a key role in building brand awareness and reliability in the Danish market, ensuring excellent customer service to our trade partners and customers.
Are you experienced in sales support or administrative roles, with a focus on customer relations, and ready for a new challenge? AVIAREPS Nordic is looking for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support for sales activities and bookings, with a focus on reservation processing and ticketing.
- Assist both travel agencies and final customers through incoming phone calls and emails.
- Support the sales team with the administration of group bookings.
- Coordinate and execute sales events, B2B workshops, and familiarization trips in close cooperation with the local and Nordic sales teams.
- Process monthly sales reports and billing for ticket sales.
- Assist with direct sales to final customers when needed.
- Maintain and update customer records in our system.
- Contribute with innovative ways of promoting Air India in the market, whether via newsletters, social media, trade sales blitz, and more.
What you bring:
- Passion and a positive mindset to find innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently, with a flexible and committed approach to work.
- Solid customer service skills, with experience in handling customer inquiries.
- Experience with Amadeus, ideally gained from working with an airline, travel agency, or tour operator.
- Proficiency in English and Danish; other languages are an advantage.
