We have an exciting role for a Team Manager in Customer Service, based in our Copenhagen office on Bredgade. You’ll be the driving force behind the financial results of your team, ensuring client retention, meeting all KPIs and providing a vision for your team. You’ll be part of an award-winning team, with a lot of energy and professionalism.
As a Team Manager at FCM Travel Solutions you will be working closely with your team, to ensure we are giving a first-class service to our customers. This role means both working on an operational basis through traditional personal service such as receiving incoming calls, making new bookings, and guiding customers in our online system Arrivon. You will also be leading, developing and motivating your team of 4 Travel Consultants, to achieve your set goals.
We are looking for you who have an ambition to grow within the company and has the ability to see opportunities and can make changes. In order to succeed in this role, we believe you need to be driven, structured and be able to motivate your team to reach its best. It’s important that you have experience in leading teams with good result. We believe you have at least 5 years of experience from travel business and profile management, and at least 2 years as a manager. You have worked with Amadeus booking system before and it’s an advantage if you have knowledge and experience from the Backoffice system Antares.
