I ask this, as one of the top business and leisure destinations is London, yet in both Sweden and Norway none of the GDS using agencies can issue their customers the modern e-tickets for the Heathrow Express into town.
They are available:
– offering good commission to you the agent
– Give your clients good additional customer service
– Enable pre payment before travel to your clients
It has been said that if it is not in the GDS then it cannot be sold……. Yet Denmark disproves this, as a few GDS using agents DO offer this facility to their customers, but many do not, why is that ?
